I would make it car rental company, over any other rental car company.

The car I got was better than expected. Instead of Toyota Corolla I got a Kia Forte, very roomy.

I love using easyrentcars. I never have a problem. no problem cancelling if necessary.

Distance to rental location is far and shuttle not frequent enough. We bought a Lyft ride to get there $22.00 and almost needed to Lyft again back to airport but the shuttle arrived just then.

I signed in first but another guy was taken ahead of us....then he had trouble with his Ins. So that was the only thing ....took an extra 20 min.

I would not recommend using them. The location was initially unable to provide me with the car I requested (economy car) and instead gave me a jeep wrangler. The vehicle was unsafe to drive and could have resulted in a serious accident as a bolt for the rear control arm/axel was missing and I was informed of this by a stranger since I do not know much about the jeep. Routes did provide me with an alternative vehicle that also seemed to have weird sounds when driving. Additionally, the rate for prepaid tolls does not match the description on their policies (4.99/day + usage) and is significantly higher (11.99/day), resulting in a much higher cost than anticipated. Overall, the staff was nice but vehicles are either worn out or unsafe and the false rate advertised on their website felt like a bait and switch strategy.

Dislike: TOUGH TO FINE WHERE TO GET SHUTTLE OFFICE WAS OVERWELMED, BUT I TOOK IT IN STRIDE CONSIDERING THE VOLUME AND CLIENTS IN FRONT OF ME.
