Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.

Our car was supposed to be a large SUV we got a mini van... the place is off site which is a bit inconvenient the hours are not great for a super early flight. The customer service was great the agents were super nice.
