My vehicle was a much bigger and better car than I expected. Very comfortable and easy to drive. The only draw back was it didn’t have speed control. Very friendly helpful staff and smooth pick and drop off.

Damage to back door lock made the car unsecure for duration of our trip, but staff were willing to exchange cars if we had required.probkem vwith only one branch us that there is no chance for on the road assistance easily available once you leave melbourne.
