Excellent Aucar and Easyrentcars experience. 2 thumbs up!

The staff were quite friendly, and there was no need to queue. They picked us up from the hotel early in the morning.

Service attitude was average, no queues

The car exceeded our expectation. Even though we broke down in a small town, they were really quick to replace the car with a good replacement. It was a quick pick up and drop off service. I will definitely go back to them for my next trip.

Beside not having the booth outside the airport, this had been cumbersome.

The car was quite old and made odd noises when braking. Terrible customer service. Tried calling three different numbers for Aucar for pickup from the airport for, which none were answered for 15min. Organised out of hours car drop off, but no one was waiting for us when we arrived.
