Very low cost rental and great quality car

Waited at the airport for forty minutes before someone came to pick us up. When returning the car at 8 AM, no staff was present, had to hand the keys over to a non-staff member, and there was no shuttle to the airport. The car was very dirty, the worker just gave it a quick wipe, and the gas tank was almost empty.

the car I booked was a bait and switch. Basically I paid extra to book a Jeep and when i showed up the rental company said that even though the rental said it was for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, the classification was for a lower vehicle. I ended up with a crap vehicle.

Lady attended me was so understanding and I think she provided good service. I forgot her name but I hope next time she attends me as well.

The only thing that could have been better was the instructions to find the shuttle to take to the rental center

The Durango was nice. The pickup and drop-off location was far from the airport with only two shuttles, but then, the price was more reasonable than companies located right at YVR. I think the staff could have been more friendly and helpful. For example, they should probably at least show where the gas cover button is! Thoroughly enjoyed driving the vehicle though!!!

The platform was good and price protector was great. However, when flights were cancelled due to weather in New York, we had to simply cancel and rebook so the price was not as good. Needs to be easier to shorten and/or extend without completely cancelling and starting over.
