Not enough staff to serve the guest. I wait more than half hour to get my car even though that day is not a busy day. no long line up. Also the condition is change if you are BC resident. (mileage limitation : 300km)

Fast process, car exterior acceptable, but the interior is extremely dirty. The pickup and drop-off location is extremely far from the airport!

Overall, it's okay, but they seem understaffed. The paperwork takes a long time, and there is a wait for the car. I was in a hurry and had to take a dirty car as they didn't have time to wash it.
