First time renting from Hertz, had a great experience!

Terrible experience. It was my first time renting a car, and I specifically chose a Subaru Outback with four-wheel drive. However, when I picked up the car, they gave me a two-wheel drive Tucson with less space, weaker power, and not four-wheel drive. I called customer service, who told me to contact the rental company directly. They said it was an equivalent vehicle, but how can a car worth over 40,000 be equivalent to one worth just over 30,000? The wheelbase and length are completely different. Just because they are both SUVs, it doesn't mean they are the same class! The experience was extremely frustrating, felt like I paid to be mistreated, and they didn't even refund the price difference.
