However, when I went to the store the next morning, they told me they couldn’t process it in time since it was a last-minute request. As a result, I had to settle for a manual transmission, which caused some inconvenience with the car stalling occasionally.

Like: Car was low mileage and in good condition. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Dislike: High excess - There was an opportunity to lower it to zero but the additional cost meant the hire deal would not have been competitive.
