Excellent car but staff services could be improved

The car was in an excellent condition and enjoyed the ride throughout our journey. However, the staff on duty for the pick up day arrived almost an hour later than the opening hours which is supposedly to be 8am. Also, the staff got quite annoyed when he was upselling additional insurance even I have mentioned it many times I have bought addtional coverage. This has overall delayed our journey out of London.

No, I didn’t get the car I chose. I had ordered Skoda Octavia but it seems the supplier doesn’t have any. Vehicle I received was smaller and was available for a lesser price when I made the bookings. I paid higher for the car I chose.

Car was not big enough it was a Vauxhall moka and not a Skoda Octavia and it was a petrol model having thought it would be diesel as per last years booking, car had scratches and dints all round which i pointed out when they only had 1 scratch registered and had to amend paperwork, overall very disappointed with vehicle,

“They tried to make me pay four times more for a car the size that I had booked. It felt like a scam.”

The car was good but service was terrible. It took two hours to check in and they tried to make us pay four times more than the agreed price for a car that was big enough. I would not recommend this company

Disappointed that despite stating the pick up point was arrivals hall I had to get a bus, dragging two cases to collect car in pitch black car park. Not very safe as a lone female. Very nerve racking
