9/10. Would have been perfect had the rental been free!

Off-airport location so you need to call upon arrival and get picked up. Information was provided at booking, and good instructions were provided when I called. Pick-up was quick and efficient. The only issue I had was that they just tell you to return the car with however much fuel is in it when you pick up. I'd prefer to start with a full tank as it's difficult to determine exactly how much fuel was used.

Shuttle pick up time was longer than expected. Shuttle driver and counter staff were very polite and friendly. More shuttle service and additional counter staff will be helpful for faster customer service.

It was very easy to book online.

They never want us to drop of. They leave us at 8pm at the rental car with no solution exept to walk and take a train at 20mn with our luggages

Was a little sceptical of Routes Vancouver seeing as they weren't one of the main chains. However I found them extremely organised, the price was incredibly good value, the staff were friendly and the car was great. Would definitely use Routes again when I’m back in BC.

Good platform probably one of the best brokers.
