I was very satisfied with Hertz this time. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. The rental price was very affordable as I purchased the full insurance package from a promotion. After some consideration at the store, I also opted for the towing insurance at 3 AUD per day. The return location in Melbourne is right in the city center, conveniently on the left side of the road, and the return process was quick. But make sure to return the car on time!

Time spent on pick up took about 20mins because there were a small group of people came before us, but when we drop-off the car, it was just about 10-15mins to settle everything. Plus point: Gas station is just right beside. And we were so lucky that this is a brand new car! :-)
