Good, but they are extremely picky about cleanliness upon return

Excellent customer service when picking up and dropping off. Car in good condition, given the kms it had done. Great value for money.

The car i booked was Toyota corolla or similar. When i went to pick up the car, the staff gave me SUV Mitsubishi. I said I never drove big cars, then offer a uncleaned and untidy hatchback. I saw others took Toyota corolla, only not me. The staffs in Melbourne Atlas are so terrible to serve me, but I’m a milion percent sure I asked the right things, what customers must deserve it. I asked the receipt for the bond to a guy, he refused. The guy was angry at me and left me alone in the office for a while, everybody watching me, then the manager started looking after me. The funniest thing is the guy escaped from me When i came back in to the office because I wanted to ask something. Is it possible that staffs act to customers like that. Also on the receipt for the petrol, there was shown me that I drove 1000km in the day. I’m wondering that’s why they overcharged me about the petrol. I had been to the office 11am, left 12pm, return the car at5pm. Is it possible I could drive a thousand kilometers in the day.

I waited a red shuttle at pick-up point for more than 15 mins. I wasn't happy with that. By the time I got my car, it was already 7:45am. My schedule became very tight because I had to get on the ship by 8am and I nearly missed it. Please think about how to organise for picking up a customer having a booking from 7am.

This is my first experience posting negative feedback for any business - so it was bad! The woman at the service counter needs some support in her job. People were lined up for service & she appeared stressed & miserable. Her communication was rude & abrupt. At one point she kicked us all out of the office so she could take a short break. She insulted me in front of a line of people waiting, announcing that I couldn't afford to pay when the issue was that I held cash & not a credit card. I was alone in a strange city with 2 children in tow. She upset me a lot. There was nothing easy about dealing with this company.

Like: Good comfortable car and reasonably priced to hire. Pick up and drop off locations were convenient and the process was easy. The shuttle to the airport was appreciated.
Dislike: Car wasn’t cleaned properly. We found random chips and mentos throughout the car.
