It was okay. The staff's attitude was average, but it didn't really matter.

The car exceeded my expectations. It was a nice car to drive around and there were no damages. It was like a brand new car. It allows us to connect our phone and display our GPS on the screen directly instead of looking through our phones which is a plus point. However, the lady staff at Europcar wasn’t that friendly when assisting us, for that there is some room of improvements.

The booking process was easy and understandable. Instructions were clearly stated.

Easy to use and competitive

It had a flat car battery Europe jumper started it Took 45 minute We stopped half way to our destination went to continue but the car would not start the car was total dead Check under the bonnet found the negative terminal on the battery was loose Tightened the nut and the car started Not really happy she we dropped off told Europe car and they said thanks saved us a trip not good enough put us 1 30minute behind We were then driving in twilight lots of kangaroos at that time glad we did not hit one

All good will be booking again with you in a few month

I think that Europcar can improve its return process because who receive the car were not informative and friendly. So I had to come back to the office service to ask some questions and evething was easily managed.
