At the end my family have to suffer limited space throughout Melbourne journeys for 6 days in GOR. Hope for customer oriented services instead of money making. Will not return again.

It had a flat car battery Europe jumper started it Took 45 minute We stopped half way to our destination went to continue but the car would not start the car was total dead Check under the bonnet found the negative terminal on the battery was loose Tightened the nut and the car started Not really happy she we dropped off told Europe car and they said thanks saved us a trip not good enough put us 1 30minute behind We were then driving in twilight lots of kangaroos at that time glad we did not hit one

A new and nice car but I found rubbish in the car's storage.

Like: The price was cheap. We booked first a Toyota Corolla and were given Volkswagen Golf, which is totally fine with us since the car is very good. We didn't ask for it but the GPS was included with the car for free. We had to pay a little extra for an additional driver, as expected.
Dislike: Really... I have nothing to complain about...
