There were quite a few people in line this time, possibly because only one staff member was working on Saturday.

Did not get the originally booked Jeep, the SFO downtown location is very small with limited vehicles. Ended up waiting an hour for a Nissan SUV, which felt like a downgrade. The trunk was very small, filled up quickly after shopping, and the rearview mirror got completely blocked! On the bright side, the return process was fast, and the pre-authorization was refunded immediately. Overall, quite satisfied, giving a good review!

Picked up the car at Miami Airport. The signage was very clear, directing us all the way to the rental center. The queue was a bit long, but we got a really good car that easily fit 5 pieces of luggage. Returned the car at Orlando Airport. After inspection, the staff even drove us to the terminal entrance for our airline, which was very considerate. Hertz offers great service and well-maintained vehicles!

The car was a HYBRID... I never had driven one before.. THERE IS NO GPS..... OH... I COULD RENT ONE FOR AN ADDITIONAL ***DAILY*** CHARGE....
