“Disapponting service when we returned car early and we did not receive a refund that was promised.”

Not enough staff in Seattle office so had a long wait. We dropped car off early in San Francisco due to parking difficulties. We had been advised on the phone that we would get a refund for unused days but this did not happen. In addition we have received an invoice for a surcharge since we got home -for what? Very disappointing.
