Really helpful service, would definitely use again. Could have been a bit clearer on delivering vehicle back as it was set for 8pm return but the car park shut at 6pm. It meant I actually had the vehicle until 11am the next day at no extra cost

I have experienced Europcar before, they advertise a nice car and then usually offer a substantially lower model as the or similar e.g. this year I rented a Kashqai and got a Renault Kajar, last year a Merc E class and got a Volvo V90 and so on, I will try to avoid them in future as its an obvious sales tactic. I upgraded to a Merc C class that was good.

It was overall a good experience, although it would have been helpful to have an introduction to the controls etc.

Getting through to the call centre is a nightmare. Being greeted with a request to email my query was not helpful or welcoming. My query was dealt with adequately.

Long queues at the counter with only 2 member of staff. Drop off no member of staff available.

The people behind the desk are lovely and friendly, very welcoming and are genuinely brilliant to deal with! Fantastic service!
