The airport staff were pretty good.

Overall, it's okay, but they seem understaffed. The paperwork takes a long time, and there is a wait for the car. I was in a hurry and had to take a dirty car as they didn't have time to wash it.

Staff were lazy. Had to wait a long time to pick up the car. Not sure if the owner is Indian, but all the staff are. They were lazy and unreliable.

Every time the model I reserved is different from the one I actually get. If it will definitely be different, why let us choose the model? This is the biggest dissatisfaction!

My only criticism was that the Vancouver was way understaffed!! Fortunately I ran to be first in line at when the shuttle dropped off, but there was only one person at the desk. Longer line to pick up was noted when I dropped off. Vancouver location quite odd--an old chinese restaurant with booths still n place.
