Fairly easy but it could be alot better

El personal que me atendió fue algo racista. Preguntas innecesarias y comentarios fuera de lugar. El precio es bajo pero no lo vale el pasar por humillaciones.

Staff friendly and helpful. Both pick up and drop off easy and quick. Fimding drop off difficult.Helpfull

Car was not the Jeep I requested, but a Kia Sportage, 70,000 miles? Car had dents, scratches, seats had many stains, plus right rear tire needed air everyday.. Worst car I ever rented. Shuttle from Denver Airport to Fox was a horror show,, not a direct route.

depressing agent as I walk in. Grumpy agent despite my efforts to be cheerful. The agent talk in short sentences in heavy accent in whisper. He appeared to be annoyed the whole time. I feel like we had disturbed him for coming in. Never offer a smile from beginning to end. Horrible service! Return car agent move super slow again not cheerful or friendly although his demeanor was slightly better than the check out agent. I get a sense that Fox rent a car agents are lazy, hate their job and does not like customers.
