Not enough staff with over booking that makes the pickup process very slow.

Lady attended me was so understanding and I think she provided good service. I forgot her name but I hope next time she attends me as well.

Car was perfect and practically brand new. Service was excellent - no hard sell for extra insurance was appreciated. Drop off was straight forward - all staff friendly and polite.

The car exceeded my expectations because the nice lady at the desk gave me their newest and best car so I got a Kia Forte which was a lot better than what I had expected. The shuttle to the airport on return could have been better because I think there was some miscommunication and they ended up leaving without seeing us waiting. Luckily I did not miss my flight.

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
