Good value for the money

The car was well below par.. as mentioned earlier, it appears it was a car that had come in for repairs and was being loaed out.

Because the order didn't show up on the car rental website, the rental company didn't remind us to cancel. After communicating, they only refunded one day's fee. The appeal process was not effective. Although it's not much money, the experience was not good. Hope it can be improved!

Poor service and bad experience affected my trip mood. The rental company is run by a Chinese, small in scale and ground. During the return, we had to move our stuff three times from the car. The road to Twelve Apostles Hotel was not very good, some mud splashed on the back of the car. The rental company insisted we wash it. They said we could use their water to wash it ourselves, but they claimed several cars were waiting for a wash, and directed us to a nearby self-service car wash which cost 11 AUD after waiting. Strongly not recommended. If possible, definitely use a larger chain rental company.

My car did not have a USB port so l would advise to check as you cannot assume!
