Car had 50 k miles on it....old

Make a easy drop off sign or box. Many of us were waiting in line for drop off until after many minutes, someone said drop the keys off and go...so making that a more smooth operation would be helpful. Also, I think the car I was driving needs a wheel alignment.

I was told to fill out the vehicle inspection form myself and hand it in at exit, but there was noone to hand it to. The windshield had a small chip, that i marked on the sheet. While driving the car it turned into a larger crack. I want to make sure i am not charged for this, but haven't heard anything yet.

Finding a car at a good rate was easy. I also needed a child seat which i requested, but it was not tied to my reservation at all.

pretty sure i was double charged and this was the absolute worse customer service i’ve ever received

The agent tried to get me to pay more for a car I didn't need.
