The agent tried to get me to pay more for a car I didn't need.

Customer service needs to work faster. The pickup process took almost 1 hour. The car was dirty and there was dings on the windshield, which can be dangerous if no repaired.

Need find a smoother more modern way to get vehicle to customers at desk. Waiting for car another 15 mins to go thru car wash then it’s still dirty inside and bugs still stuck to windows

Love your price drop. But needs to be more easier and noticeable to apply to your rental.

Did not get the vehicle that I wanted. Took a long time waiting and finishing process at the counter.

Worst customer service ever Tried to extend twice(the night of being late and the next morning) Dropped of the car and it was an extra $200!!! Tried to use my debit card for the extension and they wouldn’t do it while I was the location in denver like customer serevixe said I could. On top of all that, I picked up the car and drove into bad snow weather and had to purchase windshield fluid and pull over every 5 miles to clear my windows so I could see!
