I have been renting cars and flying for years and I have NEVER experienced such poor service.

We had an excellent service at the Car rental/ pick up in Denver. Sandy the lady who helped us initially was very efficient and professional and she waited to have her break to help us with our booking.

Very pleased with the service and the car that we were provided was excellent.

Car had 50 k miles on it....old

The wait at the counter was over an hour. Many people were frustrated at the length we had to wait to get our car.

I was told to fill out the vehicle inspection form myself and hand it in at exit, but there was noone to hand it to. The windshield had a small chip, that i marked on the sheet. While driving the car it turned into a larger crack. I want to make sure i am not charged for this, but haven't heard anything yet.

Finding a car at a good rate was easy. I also needed a child seat which i requested, but it was not tied to my reservation at all.

Need find a smoother more modern way to get vehicle to customers at desk. Waiting for car another 15 mins to go thru car wash then it’s still dirty inside and bugs still stuck to windows

Love your price drop. But needs to be more easier and noticeable to apply to your rental.
