Difficult return

We had an excellent service at the Car rental/ pick up in Denver. Sandy the lady who helped us initially was very efficient and professional and she waited to have her break to help us with our booking.

Very pleased with the service and the car that we were provided was excellent.

We had to wait 40 minutes before someone picked us up at airport. I tried to call customer service and was on hold for over 20 minutes.

We have to wait in line for two hours to get the rental car. There was only two counters were working. The line was from counter to the outside the building. The processing was very slow. I will never ever rent it from FOX.

Need find a smoother more modern way to get vehicle to customers at desk. Waiting for car another 15 mins to go thru car wash then it’s still dirty inside and bugs still stuck to windows

Love your price drop. But needs to be more easier and noticeable to apply to your rental.

Worst customer service ever Tried to extend twice(the night of being late and the next morning) Dropped of the car and it was an extra $200!!! Tried to use my debit card for the extension and they wouldn’t do it while I was the location in denver like customer serevixe said I could. On top of all that, I picked up the car and drove into bad snow weather and had to purchase windshield fluid and pull over every 5 miles to clear my windows so I could see!
