The service attitude was good, but the car model often differed from the one booked, depending on luck.

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!

No pude recoger el auto porque me pedían mi visa americana, yo soy residente americano y les entregue mi green card. No me la quisieron aceptar porque insistieron que co pasaporte Mexicano tenían que poner información de la visa. Les expliqué que esa era mi visa pero no me quisieron aceptar la documentación y no me entregaron el carro.

Staff trying to upsell to much putting on extensive pressure to spend more on a smaller more expensive vehicle and basically been negative in the vehicle I had booked. When i declined numerous times attitude changed negatively. Also when signing documents just told to sign in various places but with no explanation on what I was signing for. Don't get the access insurance instead save by doing it yourself at www.carhireaccess.com who were $44 cheaper than Alamo. The Chevrolet mini bus I booked did 13.5mpg to the gallon so its thirsty. Good job petrol is cheaper in the usa than the uk. It's about £0.56p a litre compared to £1.32 in the uk.
