I booked the car through QEEQ Car was great. I extended the car rental via Drivalia platform Credit payment was to Drivalia But after countless emails, no invoice could be provided for me vehicle extension

Counter staff advised that we had booked surplus insurance and sorted it out for us. Very helpful indeed.

There were some hidden costs for the extra insurance. We paid for the insurance online with the booking, but we were told we should get more insurance, which added 200 pounds onto our costs. It would have been better to know this beforehand.

The car that i ordered was not available. i was offered an "upgrade" - pick up track.... poor choice. poor condition, broken tail light. got a feeling that the only thing that this company is looking for are ways to make me spend more money (super expensive additional insurance, paiud 100 pounds to rent to kids boosters), etc.
