I was very pleased with the service that was given.

At MCO the Routes shuttle was not running late night (after 1200). I ended up renting from an company whose shuttle was available.

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

No one answered the phone when we called to be picked up from the airport and had to wait an hour, while everyone else got picked up from their shuttle right away. However, the car was better than expected. New 2019 Kia Forte, very nice car. The lady that helped us check in seemed a bit disengaged and uninterested in helping us, but the guy that helped us check out was awesome and fast. Overall, the whole process went fine and price was great, so I would probably rent from here again.

Once I arrived at Routes, it took over an hour of waiting to get my car and get serviced at the counter. They are so understaffed. Once I got called up, it was pretty fast, but the long wait to actually talk to a staff member was ridiculous. This was Sunday morning at 11am. It was also somewhat slow to return the car, waited about 30 min in total, but far better than the pick up.
