Will not hesitate to come again.

No one answered the phone when we called to be picked up from the airport and had to wait an hour, while everyone else got picked up from their shuttle right away. However, the car was better than expected. New 2019 Kia Forte, very nice car. The lady that helped us check in seemed a bit disengaged and uninterested in helping us, but the guy that helped us check out was awesome and fast. Overall, the whole process went fine and price was great, so I would probably rent from here again.

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

We waited for over an hour to be picked up at the airport. I called several times, but the call wasn't answered each time. As you can imagine, this was a bit distressing on arriving in a foreign country. The car itself was fine, apart from one of the tires was inflated to only 21psi, the others were 46psi. I didn't notice this until we started driving so I had to inflate this twice during the car hire. The brakes on the car were quite poor as well. Routes attempted to sell us a car toll sticker for $12 a day, saying that there were many toll roads in Orlando. We didn't have to pay a single toll, despite driving every day of our holidays.

Waited a LONG time to get the car. Apparently the employees were on break in the back room and couldn't be bothered by the long line at the desk.

Terrible experience. Did not get the car I was promised. I waited 2 hours at the counter, 4 cars were returned but she will not give me. She demanded extra 28 dollars per day for the Nissan Rougue that was promised.
