The car was terrible, the exterior was all scratched The car smelled bad, had to open the windows for ventilation, the air conditioning filter definitely hadn't been changed in a long time. The whole trip I was worried about being scammed on return, luckily it didn't happen You get what you pay for; when traveling, the most important thing is a smooth experience, I don't recommend saving 300-400 yuan by using a smelly car Additionally, if there's an accident on the road, no one will likely help you I work in this industry in China, so I should be fair

Not punctual. They said they would pick us up in ten minutes, but we waited for 45 minutes. The staff had no apology. The car was not refueled when we got it, and they refused to refund the extra fuel we added when returning it, claiming we didn't keep the receipt. Shouldn't they take photos if they refueled before renting it out? Different staff gave conflicting information about the car return. Strange, where did the good reviews come from?

It was ok. Was a little troublesome getting to the location off the airport, especially for travellers, but overall was not too bad. One comment though, the car came with an empty tank. That was a little stressful at the start.
