My vehicle was a much bigger and better car than I expected. Very comfortable and easy to drive. The only draw back was it didn’t have speed control. Very friendly helpful staff and smooth pick and drop off.

Because the order didn't show up on the car rental website, the rental company didn't remind us to cancel. After communicating, they only refunded one day's fee. The appeal process was not effective. Although it's not much money, the experience was not good. Hope it can be improved!

Service attitude was average, no queues

Counter staff did not arrange for our pick-up from the airport. Even though they sent me an SMS the day before arrival with instructions to call them when we arrived, when I called them upon arrival, the staff did not know about our booking and made no arrangement to pick us up from the airport. Only after 2 phone calls later did they pick us up. When we arrived at their office, they did not have our car ready. Several excuses were made with no regard for the time we lost just waiting for the car to be ready. All in all, after our long flight, we got into our car 2 hours after the booking time.
