Very good attitude

The store is far from the airport, shuttle service is not timely, the provided vehicle did not match the booked car category, the car was in poor condition with many visible damages, which led to disputes during return and even attempts to blame me for pre-existing damages

Their response is bad. I tried to call them to ask for the photos ofthe damaged part at the back of the van because I forgot to take photos. They said that I have to send email. I didn’t get any responses until now.

It was a nice a car (dodge) clean and nice to drive just a little to small for 7 people. But it did the job and we only needed it for a couple of days. So all good!
