The handling of accidents was inadequate. The rental company did not provide insurance or assistance hotline for rescue, so I had to bear the transportation costs myself in case of an accident. Additionally, no invoice was provided after charging the excess fees for the accident.

Excellent service, much better than Rush Car Rental. No additional upselling, and they upgraded my car. The fuel consumption of the vehicle was not too high.

The conditions of seat was really bad. All the seats had stains. They need steam cleaning or need to get seat covers change. The car seats looks really unhygienic
