We rented a 7-seater car from AVIS through QEEQ. The car was relatively new and clean, and we were satisfied with its condition. The service staff were efficient. When the hotel staff slightly scratched the car while parking, we contacted AVIS immediately and the issue was resolved satisfactorily. However, we hope that in the future, AVIS addresses such issues directly with the hotel as it was inconvenient for us during our trip.
