The pickup location had a power outage, so we had to wait a long time in the morning before being taken to another nearby location to get the car, which delayed us by two hours. When we returned the car, the first location was still under construction, so we had to go to the second location again, which was quite a hassle. Overall though, the company is still good.

There was a scratch on the front of the car and it all felt a bit cavalier- I was asked to mark it on my sheet but they didn't mark it on their sheet. The man picking up the car next to mine suggested I take a photo of the damage.

NO concerns. All went smoothly.

As above. As we were in a resort often used for people going skiing I would expect these to come as standard as a matter of safety.

It would have been helpful at time of booking to be told it didn't have winter tyres rather than being told 30euro a day for winter tyres
