I will never rent through this company again.

Right Car rental should be wipe out of business. They are rip of company, as well as Economy rentals - the same strategy to lure customers with low price, charging them 2 or 3 times more than originally stated. We ended up cancelling our rentals, since they denied our personal insurance with $2,000.000 liability insurance coverage( they requirement is $300,000)? Basically, they are counting on your tiredness, and brazen requests you will have no other choices. I had cancelled my reservation on the spot, which person at the counter gladly proceeded with. Their raining should be 0, and no advertisement on car rentals web pages at all. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM,SCAM....

I never took the car, and the reps were of no help. I was told to stop wasting their time.

They were giving me a car with bad tires, cuts in 3 of them , unsafe, low profile tires and rims...the rims were all scratched up due to the low profile tires. Should not be renting cars with low profile tires. Manager said he could not give me a different class of car , even though i would have taken smaller. Had to wait over an hour for a Hyundai Sonata lucky that it came back. This was the only car on the lot like this...all others were fine. be very careful on the 300,000 liability of your own insurance you must have to avoid high charges.

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again

Never use them again. Forcing additional fees
