Insurance charges was nearly twice the cost of car rental. Sun-pass option is bordering on fraud.

I’m local and showed my own insurance information but the clerk charged me for insurance. I brought my own Sunpass transponder but the clerk charged me $5 daily for “activation fees”. The shuttle took almost 40 minutes to pick us up from the airport. The rental car office facility is literally a shak at a repair shop.

We feel that we were scammed because they lied and forced you to buy their insurance and forced you to buy the Sunpass if you didn’t have $300,000 in property damage they made you purchase their insurance and it does not say anywhere about that until you get to their counter I will never rent from this place again . We would definitely like a refund !!!

Car was not clean, was loud as if a muffler or tire issue. Address on confirmation email was not exact and office was difficult to find.

Price was good.

When i booked the car rental, it said 24 hrs a day. Once confirmed , we found out agency closed at 9 P M. Our flt was late, hubby ran to get car, 5 minutes before front door locked.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Bait and switched, and claimed that Supplemental Insurance was required by law when it fact it was not. Bold faced lies from the car rental company, still waiting for my deposit return despite it already having been three days.
