Unclean car, forced to take extra insurance, car falling apart, junk in trunk, and very dirt.

I was at the Right Car counter, and I signed the contract. And soon after the representative took it back and tore it saying he was cancelling the reservation. I was asked to show my insurance which I did and he claimed the liability was not enough. I have attached a copy of my insurance and as you can see it has 100/300/100 limit, so I was trying to find out where is my insurance lacking the coverage and asking for an explanation. At no point did I ever refuse their insurance. And in fact even agreed to purchase it. The representative just decided to cancel the reservation with no value reason and ask me to leave. I had prepaid the entire amount of reservation and was told I would get no refund. I see no fault of mine in this and the least I deserve is my money back. Not to mention this caused me a lot of inconvenience, wasted my time, and I had to end up looking for another car rental which costs me a lot money. I had never ever experienced such terrible car rental experience in my life before.

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again

Will never use right cars again will tell anyone we know never to use. You gave me the worst rental experience I should have canceled over the price you declined my proof of insurance and scammed me into sunpass want refund of $128

The lady at the reception desk could use some customer service training. Her attitude was poor; she should be made aware that when there is competition, she should be more accommodating to customers.

Dislike: Even though I had my own insurance I still had to purchase some. It was no clear or evident on the booking pages that you had to actually bring in your declaration page or coverage and after business hours it is not accessible. This should be in bold print with the booking information
