Cheap car

We will never use right cars again because they ripped us off with overpriced insurance. We should have been told upfront about any law requiring extra insurance which they said we had to buy.

Got me a good deal.

the guy from Frontdest he is terrible I never got my life. Mean, rule , lie. I never come back. I’m not recommend this place. I don’t trust this place.

Awful local office. Rude staff. Inefficient. Understaffed. FYI unreasonable requirements like SHOWING insurance certificate (other companies do not require this) and $13.99/day for tolls (when other companies charge $9) But biggest issue was rude staff. Girl who called herself “manager” had poor communication, and when I was aghast, she refused to rent me the car. Fine, but she also refused to give me refund. And she supplied me with 2 phone numbers, neither of which worked. I called both eight in front of her. When I pointed this out, she didn’t care and said to leave. She kept my money and gave me no car and no one to contact. It was so bad I actually took video of the process bc no one would believe it was so bad .

Tried hard to charge me for lots of stuff I didn't need. Tried to charge me extra for a bigger car because they didn't have the smaller one I reserved. Tried to convince me I needed to pay an exorbitant fee for a toll transponder I didn't need. Etc.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
