Very bad didn’t want surpass but was charged $128 want refund frustration over insurance coverage

This is an off site vendor. Two Venezuelan young men operate the whole business. They are open 8 am to 8 pm. You have to go to Terminal 1 to the bus stop position 7 and call and wait for their van. If you do this there are no problems. Be SURE you have bought insurance and have that policy (or yours) as evidence. Amazing prices and friendly service.

I didn't rent a car, because when I arrived at office, attendant did charge me another price, so I had to guive up to rent a car.

They did not explain what was needed for insurance and charged me without telling me. They also tack on a bunch of hidden fees like mileage and sunpass once you get there...

Horrible experience. Was charged insurance even though it was prepaid through Easyrentcars. They said "this did not appear in their files". Good thing I had my receipt on hand!!! Then they still charged $2000 to my credit card for insurance deductible. Worst Manager ever. Forced to take Sunpass for $10/day. Everyone who came was super pissed off by the experience as well.
