Cheap and good.

They forced me to buy extra insurance b/c I had less then 300,000 insurance coverage and nowhere in the contract it said that. For the price i paid i could have used Enterprise which does not have that ridiculous policy. I could not find the place, there was no parking for my brother who accompanied me to park his car while he was waiting for me. There is no signage, it is so hard to find. The staff was nice but there was nothing they could do.

When i booked the car rental, it said 24 hrs a day. Once confirmed , we found out agency closed at 9 P M. Our flt was late, hubby ran to get car, 5 minutes before front door locked.

Felt like I was cheated with the insurance. Didn't see anywhere where I had to drive my insurance. First time in 25 years I had to and then told my coverage was not enough. Will not ever use you again.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.

The lady at the reception desk could use some customer service training. Her attitude was poor; she should be made aware that when there is competition, she should be more accommodating to customers.
