Damage to back door lock made the car unsecure for duration of our trip, but staff were willing to exchange cars if we had required.probkem vwith only one branch us that there is no chance for on the road assistance easily available once you leave melbourne.

I did get mustisibi outlander which was smooth and got power, lots of space and easy to drive , less economical , may be bit warm reception when we are there even though we need to wait bit while because they are busy , instead ignoring

A little explanation on driving rules,tolls and parking in Melbourne would have helped a great deal. There was total lack of communication and personal touch to the service provided.
