Always Aucar

When booking the car, there was no notification to call the rental company for a shuttle. So, I waited outside the airport looking for an Aucar shuttle for 20 minutes but saw nothing. I called the rental company and waited another 30 minutes without any sign. It turns out the shuttle was from an unmarked car, and the driver didn't recognize our group of six. We didn't know she was the driver, so she left. We had to call again and wait, which was very inconvenient, taking us two hours to pick up the car. Also, there were no staff at the office, and we had to wait five minutes for someone to show up.

Cheaper rental rates, but dont expect the newest car. Nonetheless, vehicle was very well maintained, very clean, and functioned perfectly during our trip. Served its purpose.

Smooth booking as always. However, the price drop protector is set a little too low, and did not trigger when prices dropped. best to manually check.

Very helpful staff. Off site location with free shuttle. Make sure to call the shuttle. Cheap rates because off site rentals companies are not charged the Airport tax. Possibly limited range of vehicles. We booked the smallest car possible and ended up being upgraded to a Dodge SUV free of charge. No up-selling at the counter. Just great service. Very happy with AUCAR

The small car wasn't available, so I was upgraded for free to a SUV. It was roomier.
