Can't we take a break after completing the rental process and then take the car? The company's management is chaotic—they fail to properly document pre-existing issues with their cars. Even though we provided evidence, they didn't check whether we left the parking lot during that half-hour. Instead, they seem to be waiting for us to prove we weren't responsible. If we can’t prove it, are they expecting us to pay for damage we didn’t cause?
