In a diverse country like the U.S., Hertz should employ staff from different countries to address language barriers for international travelers. Initially rented a convertible sports car, but found it cramped and exchanged it for an SUV at the store without any extra charge and with a full tank of gas.

Big companies are generally reliable. However, they often cannot provide the specific reserved model, which is not good.
