I wasn't planning to leave a review, but what happened during the car return process made me so upset that I felt compelled to share.

Pretty good, but Middle Eastern people generally tend to work in a leisurely manner.

The vehicle broke down, and no one answered the phone when I called. The car was parked at my apartment in Jeddah, and it wouldn't start. I tried calling the rental company, but no one answered, leaving me to figure it out on my own. Luckily, there are many helpful people in Saudi Arabia. A kind person inspected the car and told me the battery was low. They drove me to buy a jumper cable set for 40 SAR. With the battery from their own car, we jump-started mine, and the issue was resolved.

Very satisfied.
