The charging plug was stuck and couldn't be removed. The car couldn't be started. I waited around 3 hours before anyone came to help. The car worked for only 2 hours before the same issue occurred again at around 16:49. The rescue workers initially said they'd arrive in 45 minutes but kept delaying—first by 30 minutes, then another 30 minutes. The tracking website showed that they had arrived, but they hadn't. They lied to the assistance team saying they came but couldn't fix the issue, which wasn't true. After continuous follow-ups, every time I was informed they would arrive soon, but they kept delaying. Finally, at around 22:20, they arrived but couldn't resolve the issue. I missed an important meeting with my customer, who was very unhappy. This resulted in significant business losses.

Due to a driver's license issue, I couldn't pick up the car on the scheduled day. The rental company canceled the order for free.

Overall, I am quite satisfied. The staff was very helpful and upgraded my vehicle. I recommend purchasing a full tank of fuel in advance, but later realized it's not cost-effective.
