It was okay. Rented the car for three days but only used it for one day to visit Civita di Bagnoregio. On the return day, it was raining, and there were some rain stains on the car surface. They insisted on a car wash and charged 25 euros, which was a bit unpleasant.

Overall, not bad. Arrived at the store half an hour early, but they wouldn't let me pick up the car until the scheduled time—too inflexible. Got a small Volkswagen SUV, brand new with just over 10,000 km on the odometer. The booking stated full-to-full fuel policy, but in practice, it's based on the fuel gauge reading, which is hard to manage precisely. If you return it slightly under, there's a penalty with no room for negotiation, so you end up over-refueling. The company is very strict about vehicle inspections. Upon return, they even check the underside of the front bumper for scratches by touch. The return process requires an in-person inspection with an immediate report. If you return the car on your own without this process, you can't verify the vehicle's condition later, and it could lead to disputes.

Affordable price and the car is in good condition.

I was looking forward renting a Fiat 500 that I booked , Instead I got a Ford . The car was fine , but the right front tire kept telling me on the dashboard that was low on air so I had to keep putting air in it …. Was annoying .
