Initially, my experience at the store was not good. After entering my order, the staff quoted a price much higher than my order on the app, claiming it included a drop-off fee and taxes. I pointed out that drop-off fees were already included. After some negotiation, he adjusted the price but it was still high. I showed him the order amount, and after standing my ground, he not only upgraded our car but also gave a price slightly lower than the order. Additionally, my wife forgot her key pouch in the car, and they helped locate it and promised to mail it back. We paid for the shipping, but it was still a pleasant resolution.

The car rental experience this time was very unfortunate. The pickup location provided by the rental service was incorrect. I was supposed to pick up the car near the Global Cinema. I even called customer service to confirm the order, and they assured me the pickup location was correct. The service was supposed to include pick-up and drop-off, and I chose a pickup location close to the hotel. On the day of pickup, I called the rental company at 8 AM and was told they could only pick me up at 10:30 AM. Due to a tight schedule, I took a taxi to the address provided in the confirmation letter, which turned out to be a residential area. The taxi driver just dropped us off and left. When I called the rental company again, they said they never operated at this address! We waited until 10:30 AM, and a driver finally arrived close to 11 AM with no apology and an indifferent attitude. When we got to the car rental company, the car handed over was the model I booked, but it had only a quarter tank of fuel instead of the promised full tank. The interior was filthy, with a spider web in the back seat (I have photos as evidence if needed)! However, the return process was smooth and quick. I haven't returned home yet, but when I do, I will demand an explanation from the rental service. The pickup location was incorrect, which cost me extra taxi fare and lost time. Isn't anyone going to address this?

Service at pick-up was great. We realised the vehicle we had booked was a little small for the amount of luggage we had however we were quickly upgraded to a larger vehicle which cost around $20 extra per day. Very easy process and made such a difference.

The platform is fantastic. Really have enjoyed using the website and the comprehensive information it contains making the booking process so much easier.

Dislike: for being a mustang I was surprised how under powered it was, no basic navigation either
