Easy to book

Long time for pick up car to collect from terminal, car was not ready when we arrived. Staff were very helpful though! Dropping off was a breeze and driver to airport was amazing!

Car interior was a little bit dirty, but no big deal. Everything else was great!

Off-airport location so you need to call upon arrival and get picked up. Information was provided at booking, and good instructions were provided when I called. Pick-up was quick and efficient. The only issue I had was that they just tell you to return the car with however much fuel is in it when you pick up. I'd prefer to start with a full tank as it's difficult to determine exactly how much fuel was used.

They will try to get money in every way possible. Everyone was angry. Shuttle system do not work at all. Feel like a scam.

I thought the staff could have talked to me more directly. They seemed to think that I knew more than I really did.
